Only had time for a quick swim today, so I tried to go as fast as I could.

When I was running in San Diego last week, I tweaked my calf again. I'm so sick and tired of being hurt all the time. Honestly, if I had a road bike, I think I'd think seriously about giving up on tris and just riding my bike. I think I'd miss it though. I do like racing, I just hate running.
