Too much to do in not enough time today! Leaving tomorrow at noon for Gatineau since it's a 4.5/5 hour drive. We're supposed to ride the course and maybe swim in the lake before going to the motel.

Ride and run tonight. I'll limit the run but at least I'll practice the jumping-on-the-bike thing.

Mainly Z1 trying to get to them, but ended up not going at the same place as them, so I was chasing ghosts all along. Oh well. Tried to ride aero as much as possible.
