Haven't trained at all since the marathon and I'm putting on the lbs. I am looking forward to when my knees and hip don't hurt so I can actually do some training. Today, I'm struggling with patellar tendonitis in my left knee and still suffering from the rt hip flexor injury. It's been 8 days since the marathon and I'm still pretty beat up. I want to go out and RUN!!!!!!!!!
