Swim felt ok. But still feeling slow in the water. Need to work on strength training to get stronger on my pull. Overall felt pretty balanced in the water. Need to still work on bilateral breathing.
Cycling class at the gym. Wanted to try to stay in aerobic zones but they kept pushing me into anaerobic. Should I be going above LT at this point? Though avg was 136.. I was mostly in/around 150-155 range most of workout except warmup/cooldown periods.
