Overall, felt pretty good. First time I've had a multi-workout days in a long while. Needing to get myself back in the "routine" of triathlon training. Looking to start building base up in January and need to get body acclimated to training twice a day at least 5 days a week.

Very easy ride today. Rode w/ TNT team. Prospect to covered bridge to Goshen Lane to Rose Island Rode to Hwy 42 back to Prospect. Some good hills, never felt very fatigued... then again, I wasn't riding very hard. Went up the hills pretty well spinning and got HR up to 160 at one point, but was trying to keep it pretty low. Knees hurt pretty bad when we stopped for 10 minutes on the top under kneecap.

Met Cori at 6:30 (Seneca) Ran from bathrooms around track, down Cannons then down Frankfort till we hit 3 miles, then turned around. We ran REALLY slow... but kept HR relatively low. Overall, legs are still pretty sore so I need to slowly work back into running. Cori looked good today. :) She's running las Vegas in a few weeks and her legs are hurting her. Felt NICE to get a good run in before work today.

Swim felt ok. But still feeling slow in the water. Need to work on strength training to get stronger on my pull. Overall felt pretty balanced in the water. Need to still work on bilateral breathing.

Cycling class at the gym. Wanted to try to stay in aerobic zones but they kept pushing me into anaerobic. Should I be going above LT at this point? Though avg was 136.. I was mostly in/around 150-155 range most of workout except warmup/cooldown periods.
