Had trouble staying awake last night so I rolled in early. Woke up with lower GI issues. Stayed nausous most of the day. Was supposed to get in a 3 hour ride this morning, just not happening. Will see which workout I get in tommorow

the rest are parts of partial miles. Went out slow to make sure I could push at the end. Happy overall since I have been stepping it up a bunch in the last week and this was supposed to be part of last weeks workout :)

Rain did not help again. Also could have done without 2 waterbottles on the run. Ditched one after the first 5K

Ok very weird swim today. I have been finding problems getting into my swim groove after clearing the weeds lately. Add to that the rain, wind and lack of visablility created huge problems siting on the first 800. I was pissed. Had to stop a few times to get my bearings and catch my breath. No need imprinting bad swim habbits in durring a swim.

Went back after 800 and asked DK if she wanted to go some more. I was not realy into it. She sugggested a 100 stroke swim out. Counting my storke got my swimming out of my head. I have been working so hard on bilateral breathing and working on extending from every 3rd to every 5th stroke. Apperently it has been messing with my stoke. By just letting the breathing take care of itself, I found my mojo again. I would go 3, 4, 5 or sometimes 6a nd 7 stokes before breaths. It did not matter if the last one was on the left or the right. Just felt right again. Hope to do some more swimming on Friday.

This is the fist time I have done back to back swim workouts ever I think.

Decided to get Dulcinea out, even though a ride was not on the agenda. Was worth every pedal stroke. The ride could have been rated a 6 if I could have. Went from SL to Andover via 125 to the 114 junction and back. Passed a rider on the way home and needed a longer ride so I followed him to 3A on 62, then back to SL

went out hard on 125, was suggificantly faster comming back, but flew both ways. Was dragging ass the last few miles, for a one hour ride was all I was looking for.

Loved the new Profile Aero water bottle. Did not have to think about when to drink, just not to hit my face or new miror while drinking

Got up early and swam with Paul at Silver Lake. He is hardcore and nuts. He was on his first lap when I got there and nobody else in sight. Asked him why he is willing to swim alone. He said, swimming alone is the safest part of his tri training. He feels his odds of getting hit by a car are better than drowning. With a swim across lake champlain (8 miles) last summer, he may be right.

Drainer ride with some high cadence spins mixed in. Kind of like it :)

Found out today that the actual distance around the lake is 3.16 miles not 3.2 as I have been using. I will slow change my distances for PR's to reflect the change. Longer runs had a slight compensation built in due to my quess that there might be a discrepency

Ok, have a new goal as of today. Will complete the Lowell Mary in Oct.
