Screw a taper, needed to get a run in and just went. Was going to go for closer to 1.5 hours, but overslept. Need to keep the run numbers up to be ready for my marry in Oct.

Was a great run, left the shop before work and hit the hills, found a new route that is mostly hills. Climbed two of the top three peaks in town, not that they are all that tall, but still fun.

Ok, got up at 5:30. Shaved, brushed teeth, etc. Got into ridding gear...6 AM. Got out of ridding gear 6:01. Went back to bed. Back up at 6:20 to keep my son from waking up my wife. Turned on tv and went back to "sleep" on the sofa while he watched tv. Up every 10 minutes to keep him from waking the family. 8:20 finaly got up to do something...wife asked " how was your ride" ansure, what ride. Some times things just workout that way. I have no regrets, just a little sad I had no more ambition. I think I have figured out my issues.....sun is not up as early anymore, and my body is not happy. Will work on fixing the mental block.
