Ok, weird workout. Planned the distance, did not feel like it was that great. Had moments where the form was just right, but kept getting lazy with the form. In the end I set a new PR by almost 2 minutes. The old one was 1:14:45. Set the old one on 8/4/05, almost one year to the day ago.

Added a new link today, please watch this ammazing video of Dick and Rick Hoyt, racing ledgends in New England. They are also attempting Kona again this year. Hope they can finaly lick the lava fields this year. If they do you will be seeing more of them on NBC than usual

was looking for a longer run, but two things happened. One was I saw my son running in place behind me while I was on the dreadmill. Justneeded to pick him up and have in run in front of me. My daughter got a chance too.

Second, my son latter put a monster truck on the dreadmill. touching the dreadmill automaticly stops the movie they are watching and my run. Oh well, they let me get 40 minutes more than I thought I would get today.

one of my faster non wetsuit swims. Must admit, the clock stopped for a breather after the first 800 to check if we were going again and if the other guy swimming laps in the roped off section wanted to join us.

weird day. Got up AM, could not get moving. Got everything ready for work but me and hit the bike. Extream nausa. Gave up after 30 minutes. Probably due to my bad eating for almost 2 weeks.

After work went at it again, much better. 30 min, 10 min run, repeat...but wait the kids stoped the workout as usual :) love them anyways

ok all but my run numbers are an improvment on last year. My only problem is my weight has been going up over the last 3+months for a 1 lb gain this last 3 mos. Not happy about it, but I will address it.

No workout schedualed for today. The family birthday party comes first. Oh well. Then back to the grindstone. Foot note, My diet has sucked lately and the scale shows it. Need to kick it back into gear again, probably tommorow.

Draniner ride. Woke up with the time to do tommorows distance ride today. Got 1/2 in when I heard my son up at 5:30 AM. Went to rescue my wife...too late. My legs were flat and did not have the ambition to climb back into the saddle.

Wonder if the flat legs are from the hot run yesterday, pizza last night or other?

Afternoon swim before the showers. Not special per say but fun. Had Jim just about grabbing my ankles most of the way across. He said I was swimming accross back and forth in front of him. Gave me a chance to work in some speed drills
