should get a workout in today, but probably will not. Need to finish closing the pool. Do the headges. Watch sons soccor game. Maybe some oil changes. Generarl work around the house.

Got free tickets to go see nunsense off, off, off Broadway in Wilmington Mass. If nothing else it is a dinner theater, so I can have some supper :) Hope the cast is good.

Realized I need 10 more hours of ridding to beat last year. Will get going after my big race

Did some long slow climb hill work, keeping the knees high. Better than nothing

Woke up for my run and reset the alarm. Just not going to happen. Got up for work, and just wanted to go back to bed. Spent the whole day miserable at work. Bug going around. Stayed all day anyway. Feeling a bit better at home. Hope to salvage a run in the AM, but will not push.

No real fights durring homework tonight.

blew off anouther workout today. Spending too much time and energy arguing with my 7 year old daughter about homework.

Planned on no workout for today, yesterday. Decided  I would need the sleep and it was true. May consider getting on the bike, but not likely today. Will run in the morning

I could log splits but they were mostly around 10.20 for the most part. Stops for about 1 minute on laps 2-5 added to my total time.

What a run. Woke up to see the stars before getting in the car. Got to the lake, no stars. First lap (3 miles) nobody. Then started seeing people show up around 4 AM. Got the crap scared out of me when I was passed at around 4:30. Fog rolled in around 4:15, just after the cloud cover lifted. Around 5:30 fog lifted as twighlight began. Was looking to get 3 more miles in. Came in under 3 hours which was the goal, but I did not go quite as fast as I thought I might. Was working on pacing for my Marry. Overall, a very satisfying longest run ever.

3 AM.  Dressed, packed and ready for a very long run. If it goes well, my longest ever. Aiming for 3 hours before work at 7AM. :) (and yes, I am nuts!)
