I think this was my fastest wet suit swim ever. Felt realy good the first 100, then started to gas. Almost always felt fast and streamlined. perfect post race workout.

Got free tickets to go see nunsense off, off, off Broadway in Wilmington Mass. If nothing else it is a dinner theater, so I can have some supper :) Hope the cast is good.

Woke up for my run and reset the alarm. Just not going to happen. Got up for work, and just wanted to go back to bed. Spent the whole day miserable at work. Bug going around. Stayed all day anyway. Feeling a bit better at home. Hope to salvage a run in the AM, but will not push.

No real fights durring homework tonight.
