Some day I will start working out on the weekends again. Just so much family peace to keep. :) Starting to think that a 1/2 IM is just too big a nut to take with the kids so young. I continue to push the full IM thougts back on the burrner until they may must have to wait until for about 6 more years instead of only 2. Until then, I will still enjoy what I can get :)

Felt great today on the run. I need to do some checking, but I think that this was a PR on the run to the shop. I have covered the same distance faster around the lake, but not to work from home.
