went to bed last night not feeling well. Decided to not even attempt a workout this morning. Just as well. Ended up walking behind a sweeper all day.

Starting Monday, we are ramping up for the big 8 week push at work. We will be very busy and I will be very tired for the next 2 mos. Nothing quite like working in a cemetery and getting ready for Memorial Day. Tons of clean up and winter damage to fix, let alone regular maintanace.

passed on the early workout today. Had some late meetings and got in latter than I would have liked. Got home from work and had stomach issues. No chance for a workout tonight. Slight chance of missing work in the morning if things do not resolve themselves tonight.
