I realized today I had not worked out since late last week. This seemed to put me in a foul mood from the get go today. I forced a workout tonight just to get the ball going again. I have nothing worth a good excuse, so no more of them. I did have a good weekend with the family and got a bunch done, but I realy need to get at least one big workout in each weekend.
