today was my first ride of the season. My legs were really upset with me for attacking the hills like I did but I now know where I stand.

After getting home, my youngest son (Alex-13) and I, tore out our wood deck on the rear of the house. What a work out sledge hammers and the whole nine yard. It felt good to have some tools in my hands again. That's the one thing I miss about running a company, the hands on element. Well ... actually I only miss it because I don't "have" to do it everyday.

OK... Enough of this B.S. I'm back in this full on! It is time to take the bull by the horns and get my butt to work. No more are the days of pushing off a workout because "I" feel the need to put in 14 hour days. There will always be something that needs my attention at work no matter how many hours I spend at it. Starting tomorrow its 8 hour days and a jog or swim in the morning. It's time to regain MY life as I choose it to be!!!
