Ran with Justin & his friend Ayna(new to running) stayed with Anya and took alots of walk breaks.

After Justing & company left I started tearing out the driveway. Its not lifting weights but swinging that darn 16 pound sledge hammer is hard work for an old guy... got an area of 11'x65' broke out and stacked up... not bad for 3 hrs work.
