Felt really good to get out on the bike again. Took a while to get the cobwebs cleared out but things started clicking on the last half of the ride. The only thing that hasn't changed ... I still don't much like steep inclines. The best I could do was high single digits.

Tomorrow I have a training date for tomorrow... Short bike and maybe even a short open water swim. YEA!!!!
