swim with a k-mart bathing suit = resistance training! why haven't i thought of this before?

ah, back home in iowa.  got to sleep in my own bed, and now i am at work, doing the catch up dance again.  fun fun. 

princess #1 started "swimming" in the hotel pool the other night.  i think the little mermaid was her inspiration because she kept saying she can swim like one.
