it is friday, isn't it?  a few more hours until the weekend...

it is all about perspective.  all of it.

it's been a rough week.  nothing like starting off on monday with a 14 hour day.  ugh.  haven't gotten that much sleep this week.  but again, when i look back at my life in 30 years, i doubt that i will say to myself, "i wish i slept more". 

my sisters are coming up today!  they are bringing another three children, so tonight will be a little crazy.  going to grill them up some of the meat that we got from my uncle's farm, "nozbeef". 

pigman sprint this weekend, but i am not going.  my cousin is graduating from high school so we'll be kickin it in the twin cities.  i'll wave as i drive past your house bryan ;) 

they retired whaletown!  suck!  this was a fun little punch-in-the-nutz triathlon in a tiny town in west iowa.  last year a group of us camped at the race site the night before, which was fun.  now we have to find a new race.  my friend asked me about lake geode, which i have never done.  hmmmm....

my internet keeping up really really sucks.  you all will just have to move closer to me.

took doris out for a spin.  jumped the chain and had to pull over.  then i dropped my water bottle.  not a fun start.  just took it nice and easy, found a new route home from work.  now i just have to figure out when i have the time to ride home from work.
