legs are still a little sore from sunday.  can't worry about that now, i am reaching the peak of training and i got my first tri of the season on sunday.  so do i keep on training like i should, or do i save a little somethin somethin for sunday (since i am doing only 3 tris this season).  who knows, who cares.  gotta get some race laces and more heed.

ouchie, in a good way

not much expected from this one. did a long swim thursday and then rode sixty miles friday. i was feeling that about mile seven, just felt like i had nothing in the tank. but i was pretty pleased when i crossed the finish line and saw i was only a minute over my pr. not too shabby. legs are a little screamy now, i'm going to take an ice bath. first tri a la noz is next weekend! now if only i could find a baby sitter.

okey dokey, i could either ride to and from work tomorrow or join the sturgis falls bike ride on saturday.  all depends on what we are going to do this weekend.  talk to the boss about it tonight.

i made monster cookies last night.  no flour in them.  just a cup of butter, 4 cups sugar, 1 lb brown sugar, 24 oz peanut butter, 9 cups oatmeal, 8 oz m&ms, 8 oz choc chips, 4 tsp b. soda, 2 tbs vanilla, 1/2 tsp salt 6 eggs  325° for 16 min, ta-da!
