Slept on my right shoulder last night and woke up with some serious pain-age. Didn't feel good at all. Did my best to stretch it out REALLY well during my warm-up. Stretched, did a lap, stretched, did a lap... 4 laps total stretching/swimming. Then went into my set. I wanted to do 3x500 but my left big toe cramped up big time during my last lap-and-a-half so I had to quit it 3 laps early. Didn't do much for my arch either, all things considered. Okay one of the cats just pooped and it STINKS, and I'm probably 20-feet and two rooms away from it! Blech.

Workout felt really good. Probably helped that I could draft a little bit during because there were 3 of us in a lane! Got pretty hectic but thankfully the other guys kept stopping at the ends and that allowed me to push on ahead of them. They were doing drill type stuff with kickboards so I kept passing them.

Did NOT feel like swimming today. It was better for me than taking a nap though, since I slept for 10 HOURS last night!!! Almost was late to church [okay maybe we were a minute or two late] today. Felt fine during the swim. Didn't feel particularly fast or slow. Just eh.
