First workout in a while. My left foot was bothering me for a good 4 weeks easy. It's starting to go away so I'm glad for that. Not sure if the new job at Super Saver is helping or hurting. Or the insoles I bought that I wear while I'm there. At any rate, it's improving so I'm not going to change much until the beginning of December at least. I'll probably do the swim challenge and start doing 2-3 trainer rides a week to start to build myself back up. Jan 1 I'll get going on my HIM plan for IMKS! 6-15-08!! WOOT!
