The following equipment is nearing replacement:
Run #1
  • 23m 33s
  • 3.12 miles
  • 07m 33s /Mi

This is a PR on my 5K - a little ridiculous at the start of a duahtlon, right?! :) Felt good from the start, temperature was awesome for running, so I ignored the fact that I was running too fast and went off effort. I can still count this as my PR for a 5K, don't you think?

Laps keep going after the run (hit lap, instead of stop, entering transition).

Bike
  • 59m 11s
  • 18.17 miles
  • 18.42 Mi/hr

Not fast enough - need to ride faster. This was a hard course for me; and it didn't help when my left aerobar slipped down to the base bar AGAIN!

Run #2
  • 24m
  • 3.15 miles
  • 07m 37s /Mi

Second run - just tried to hang on to the pace, which seemed to work. this is probably the first run off the bike in a race I have held it together -- progress!!

  • RACE DAY: PT Solutions Cartersville Duathlon
Bike
  • 18m 39s
  • 4.86 miles
  • 15.64 Mi/hr

Pre-race spin, checking out the wheels, powertap, etc. Did a manual zero on my joule, watts still seem off for some reason.

Run
  • 17m
  • 2.00 miles
  • 08m 30s /Mi

Transition run, tried to keep it a little slower before tomorrow's race. Hammy felt tight - lots of stretching in store.

Swim
  • 1h 20m
  • 3500.00 yards
  • 02m 17s /100 yards

I think I actually like swimming...

  • 1h 15m

Swim was a lot harder than the distance says - that last 100 Fast was not really that fast, I was tired!

Leading the LTF 90 Day Challenge 5K. Started with the group, ran ahead to the halfway point - called out times - ran back to the finish - called out times.

Getting closer to booking my bike shipping from Austria back to the US. This is always the biggest pain-in-the-butt; hoping that the company we use this year won't disappoint and we can just use them in the future.
