Ran back up that hill. My running partners never showed up, but a lovely young gentleman from France ran with me and we talked, French like the whole time...I forgot how much French I remember!

4 hours of sleep. Way too much to drink last night. Up at the crack of...
Ran through (down to) Old Montreal, the Port and the clocktower. Ran with conference folk. One ironwoman...we were all slow, especially with all the hills. The wet cobblestones were fun.
Calves were still all seized up this morning, but didn't think of them while I ran. I feel pretty good right now.

Ran up and around Mt. Royal. Lots of hills both up and down Great hardpack. Got lost on way back. Visited Beaver Lake and all my old haunts. It was great.

Lots of forefoot running. Achilles was sore (l) haven't really run for over a week. Hard to get started, but had a lot of fun.
