11 out of 12possible commuting days I've been on my bike now...and 11 in a row. The weather has been great, now it gets challenging.
Wore shorts this morning...a little brisk and wet.
Should be lovely on way home.

Longest Newton run so far.
Nice easy pace with 10 and 1s. Ended with a very fast last km.
Talked the whole way. Ran with a guy who just finished a 100k ultra run.
Nice way to start the day.

FW decided to go for drinks after work. So I rode to the other end of town and then drove her home. Man, these roads just get more and more dangerous. What a bunch of idiots. One guy was trying to pass me and then he cut in front of me, only to realize that I was in a curb lane that also had parked cars. He had to stop and wait for the other cars to pass before he could pull out into his lane. A-hole.

Okay...this is the furthest I've gone with the Newtons. They are fast. Right calf a little tight...at one point I was doing a 4:30 pace.

Well, I signed up for the Great White North Triathlon. So that's my two A races. I don't know about Calgary 70.3 yet. It is going to be another money saving year, methinks.
