Mission Bay. Less daylight these days. I noticed last night that the sun is setting earlier and this morning it is staying darker longer. Need my headlamp for the entire morning run. I have zero speed these days. :-( Think I may need to hire a coach to really work with me next season if I plan on racing an ironman race. I am tired and slow.

Started in the dark at Fiesta island trying out Seth's lights he is letting me borrow. They worked great, but both the bike mount light and the helmet light died after less than 2 hours. Nope - that will not be enough time. Looks like I need to buy some better and longer lasting lights. Rode Fiesta from 4:45AM to 6:45AM. Met Kirsty. Rode lots and lots of hills. Elfin Forrest, Torre Rode through Carlsbad and then down the coast back to Mission Bay. Hot weather!!!

Morning run - Mission Bay.

My foot pain is not getting any better. I know it needs rest, but now is not a good time! I slept in until 5 this morning and skipped the 1.5 hour trainer ride before work. Tired. Interesting that I think I am tired due to things in my life other than training. I am stressed about finding a new job. I am also dealing with relationship issues which is never easy. It is all making me very tired. I know I worry too much and need to just let things happen as they will.

Hair appointment tonight for a trim and highlights.

Grocery shopping, errands, cleaning, and laundry after hair appointment - no time for a workout. :-(
