Feeling much better today.

Another day. I am still frustrated with my training and lack of speed. Working with a coach is not giving me what I expected. Oh well, it has been a good experience. I am going to continue with it through the end of August and see what happens in Louisville. I need to stop worrying about trying to set a PR or KQ. I just need to remember to enjoy the experience. We are so lucky to be able to train and race this sport. I do this because I love how it feels.

Why do I let relationship issues bother me so much. I basically worry about everything too much. I need to just go with things and stop over-thinking.

Slept almost all day yesterday and still slept all night.

I was at work before 7am, but then left for home at 9:30. The commute time to and from work took about as long as the actual time I was in the office. Not feeling well. :-( Slept most of the day and did a little work.
