 Did not feel like running today because I felt bad for Doug.  I did go out and got in 5 miles in the drizzle and ran it in 46:00.  I'm getting faster!  Comiing from 10:00/miles since I started running in 2005.  Wore LS tech shirt, jacket, shorts.  66 degrees and drizzle.  May have been OK without the jacket, but wasn't overheated with it.
