Early AM long bike before brew fest.

Flat route to Thurmont, Catoctin Hallow, Tower Road, Wolfsville, Raven Rock, Old Forge and Cold Spring backside. Down Cold spring and back via Fairfield/Emmitsburg. Long day in the saddle and felt pretty good. Got hot towards the end of the ride and I struggled the last 45 minutes or so.
