Lots of stops and lots of tired legs in the group after yesterday's ride. Went pretty easy most of the way. Kept my HR nicely in the aerobic zone or below.

Actual moving time was 3:37 for a pace of 15.7. Quite happy with that for the effort. Still climbed another 2400 feet!

Hot out tonight, but drank two bottles of water and got in a good B group ride! Brought it home easy the last 6 miles to help pull in another in the group who was overcooked. Still had a moving pace of over 17.25 mph!

Slow and easy run in the heat. Lower right quad cramped up near the knee around 3rd lap. Stopped, stretched, and went easy and it went away until the very last lap, and then it was much milder. I suspect too much riding without enough running. Just need to get the muscular endurance for running back a bit. Good news is that going easy enough for the legs kept my HR nicely aerobic. Lower half of the zone for the whole time, or below. Pleased with that in the heat.
