Great long ride with TeamCBC today on the Neuse River Trail and up to Wakefield Tavern for lunch. Moving time from Strava was 4:23 for a moving avg speed of 15.7mph. Back at it again tomorrow for another 62 miles at the 5-O ride.

The best: New personal highest speed of 48.3 mph!

The worst: Lost my phone and eventually found it, but smashed by at least one car.

Despite the circumstances, this was a really good ride to follow up yesterday's 55 miles. I really crushed it for the 11 miles back to the car when I realized I had to go and find my phone. Almost every bit of the 22 minutes I was above my aerobic zone was during that last 11 miles. I wish I had Strava running on my phone to track that stretch! LOL
