short run I will take it easy and then do a lot of stretching since my hammy is hurting behind the knee again...did about 2.5 miles run/walk and stretched a lot

What an awesome morning for an ows.... three dolphins and two babies were swimming in the swim area with us.... first we practiced entering the water about 5 times.... running in and diving...coasting and diving again...then about five stroke out.... very tiring I found....

Then practiced sighting ...site on every third stroke or so did three 100 yard practice runs then raced it once....

Lastly we swam 2 - 300 yard swims using what we had learned....the distance may be a little longer but our measured distance was from high tide and it was low tide.... felt pretty good my times were pretty consistent with the pool but I am really slow compared to the rest of the group....

well looks like a foced rest day but... hey having priorities is important ....with parent teacher conference at lunch today and dinner with Papa tonight as wifey has business meeting after work....
