That was really good (surprisingly). My torn shoulders have improved a lot. I tried some fly, but they hadn't improved THAT much!

Yoga, but very specific for PT & where I'm at.

How quickly fortunes change! All of a sudden I have a window to return to Perth, permission from both Indonesian and Australian governments, and a flight is going next Thursday. 
Covid is raging in Indonesia and I am essentially limited to one room. I don't go outside at all. I really need to go to doctor's appointments, PT and the like, but with the hospitals burgeoning with Covid cases, they're not good places to be. 

And if anything ELSE goes wrong, they're really not places you want to stay in. Admittedly I don't have access to emergency services in Australia either, but I have very few sets of options here and they both suck, so I'm going to go home to my husband whom I haven't seen in 7 months and whom I also left suddenly.

Yeah, this PT then homework on the same day AIN'T happening. No harm no foul but I was flat out Wednesday.
