NEVER... EVER EVER EVER DRINK AFTER TRAINING AND AN EARLY MORNING EVER AGAIN!!!

I only had one glass of chardonay at a farewell lunch! I had a major sugar crash. I was drunk and couldn't ride home.

Oh well. i walked to work instead.

So I've gotten my Number for the Wilson HTM Brisbane to Gold Coast 100km challenge.     Lots of stroke correction for me. My stroke is currently WINDMILL. Need to do more reaching at the front.

    Think I've hyper extended my left ankle when using flippers. It's just throbbing away currently while I'm sitting down. I'll do some elevation stuff tonight

    I did NOTHING on the weekend. NOTHING!

    I'm in the Tapering zone for Cycling currently because the Wilson HTM Challenge is on Sunday. 100km and I'm aiming to complete it in under 5 hours.

    I did 60km last sunday, by myself and could have easily gone for a river loop as well. (about 30km) but it was getting late in the morning. So I should be able to pull off the 100km challenge easily. I mean we'll be in a pack of 5000 riders so I shouldn't get dropped.

    TWO WEEKS UNTIL RABY BAY!!!!! YAY!!!!

    I just realised the log has ticked over one month.  GAH!!!  LOOK AT ALL THOSE GREEN SQUARES COMING UP! 

     

    Met a woman at the markets on Saturday decked out in SHE SPOKE gear. I'm really considering getting they're race kit because I'm sick of my collection of plain jerseys. I want a fun and Sexy design! Plus the she told me that everything in the shespoke clothing collection was Australian Made. That's the extra kick in the pants I need.


    I LOVE my Pretty Poison Jersey from Primal Wear and I love my TYR trisuit in Navy and Pink. But it's so hard to find Pink and Black Jerseys that scream "YOU SHOULD WEAR ME BECAUSE I WILL EMPOWER YOU!!!" Team Estrogen is a great resource by the way
