Took EV and CH out for a run with me this arvo whilst visiting. EV is DAMN fast! CH not so much but we kept up to each other!

BF and I are Engaged! WOOHOO! So we've spent the weekend partying with both sets of parents and planning our engagement party. Not much room for training I'm afraid. Thank God I have the week off work this week!  That means some riding and running time! woohoo!

No idea the correct names for the excercises we did. Bicep curls (2 reps of ten on each arm. Up and downs, the shoulder excercise to prevent swimmer's shoulder as reccommended in BT... Plus rests - Push ups and some core work
