Today's squad involved bondage and something between the legs. Yup. The POOL BUOY!

I think I'm in love with the Buoy! My coach thinks so too. "Your stroke is SO much better when you're not kicking! That's VERY strange" Apparently most of his students who have bad strokes like me struggle on the buoy. Me on the other hand could easily kept going to ironman distance with that thing! IT WAS AWESOME!

New focus: learn to kick properly and tie it in with the awesome and almighty armstrokage I have happening with the buoy.

First day of the Challenge! GO TEAM 7!!!

I'm off to a flying start! Spent longer in the pool cause of the pool buoy! (MUST BUY ONE ASAP!!! IT WAS AWESOME)

Commuted to pool then work despite the clouds threatening rain. ^_^
