My LEGS! O my god! My LEGS! FH gave me a leg massage last night. My calves were sore and felt much better after the massage. Then he told me he'd do my quads too. They weren't sore before but I appreciated the gesture and let him at them.
OH MY GOD! I grabbed a pillow and was screaming into it! It was super painful massage! Just like stubbing your toe over and over again. Right quad was fine! They're BOTH sore this morning.
I know I'm left leg dominant (due to all the issues with my right leg when I was 12-14) but I didn't think the difference would be that great. It's obvious now that my left leg does most of the work still and my right one is just following through on the run. I guess it's something to discuss with my coach to work on.

Took my little water bottle and a Gu. Wasn't allowed the gu until at least 20mins in. Wasn't allowed to come home until I reached 45mins. Longest run EVER!!!
So today I go in contact with my tri coach to start my NOOSA action plan. We'll be meeting for my first swim session next week. YAY!
