Okay - FIRST of all I'd like to say training and work have made it VERY difficult to chat to my beautiful mentees! You know I love yas! I'll be back I promise! I've set some time aside tonight to read through the pages of entries! EEEP!

NOW as for my training - Well my coach really believes in me and she's been pushing me hard these last couple of weeks. (Look, I'm doing more than my planned training!)

Tried to go to the pool TODAY (wednesday) instead of the mondays. Mainly because on Mondays now the pool is full and on Wednesdays the pool is quiet. Also I've now got to stay late on Mondays and Tuesdays leaving Sundays and Wednesday the only days to get a swim in. YAY... And since I didn't want to give up my day of rest - I went swimming on a wednesday.

Up until the last 10mins of the session I had the whole lane to myself. It was EEERIE because there was a cover over half the pool and every time I looked to my left - There was BLACKNESS

 

On the upside - I'm finally starting to breath on my left side!!!! WOW!!!!
