Walking 1.5km cool down from Run session

No surgery this morning -first case is at 1pm. :) So I put in the run session I was supposed to do yesterday. I know I was supposed to warm up on the bike - But the bike is still at work!

Puddle stomping this morning! YAY! You should have seen all the kookaburras eating worms and snails and pecking at the bellies of toads this morning! ha ha ha!

it was so pretty! The creek was full, there were huge puddles everywhere and that smell! Wet koala! There must've been one somewhere! :)

I was at the netball courts as the Bowies Flat track - perfect for running - was under water... again.

It was a beautiful morning... If I add up my total WALK/RUN (including the cool down) - I freaking did 10km this morning!!!!

 

HOLY FREAKING CRAP!!!!!

Now to do it all as a jog! LOL

I'm ITCHING to get outside and onto the bike!  Today is not the day to be cooped up at work! Stay there sunshine!  Stay there!   I'll be with you in a few hours!

So after the horrible week of training last week I set out to start training this morning. And I immeadiatley got my shoes soaked... After 1km of walking.running I looked at myself said - Are you F****** INSANE!!!! Don’t make yourself sick. and decided it wasn't worth it and walked home again.

 

Absolutley NO motivation... Where the hell did it go???

Ugh...  I got TWO hours sleep last night.  I just COULDN'T sleep.  I was lying there trying to fall off but instead I kept waking up FH. 

 No training today... TOOO exhausted...

Was supposed to go to bike and run training today but Tim and I slept in.  It was RAINING....

Still haven't picked up the bike from work as yet.  eeep...

Okay. I am SOOOO not well today. The ten hour work day yesterday coupled with a particularly BAD bout of endo means I'm wasted.

My back and stomach are killing me. Due to the endo I can't go to the pool today so I forced myself to go running with the group this morning.

I'm not a happy camper. ;_;
