Went to the bikery to get a new fit. I'd had some major neck pain from anything over 2 hours long on the bike and Tim thought it might have something to do with my aero position. So we tweaked and tinkered for an hour, me pedaling away on the trainer. I wouldn't normally count this, but omigod, my quads are feeling it. Either my muscles are still not fully recovered from the HIM or the adjustment into a more aggressive fit totally does affect which muscles you rely on most. Whew!
Easy run today. Tried to keep it at a "jog" but I think I subconsciously picked up the pace in the second half. Oh well. It's not like I went super hard or super far. It felt good to run, too.
