OK, I initially thought I ran only 3.1 miles, but I think I pulled in an extra lap. The reason I think that is because I started off the first two miles at a solid 8:15 min pace, and I know I didn't slow down significantly for the last 1.1 miles. So there. Still nowhere near where I need to be for the media challenge race on Wednesday, but it'll take more than two interval runs to get back to a 7:30 min/mile...Ugh.
Went to the Jersey shore and biked for two hours to check out the new aero fit. I dunno, I'm still getting some neck pain, but I'm not sure if it's better. I think it might be but it's hard to tell. I'm just going to have to do more long rides until I figure it out. Had some serious headwind for half the ride, which killed my legs. Also, the new fit really does target completely different muscles. It's crazy.
