1200 yard swim this morning. The water felt so darn good, I could have gone longer. The top of my right foot hurts after yesterday's run. It sucks. I don't know what it is, but after a little googling, sounds like another tendon issue. I'm so over my body failing on me!! Anyway, it just means more swimming this weekend, which is fine by me. Tomorrow I'll try to do an hour in the pool.
Good solid run this morning. Decided to skip the intervals and just try to run hard around the park. I think I did pretty well, considering I was out late last night with the girls. :)
P.S. That distance is a total estimate as my pedometer has died and I have no real way of knowing what my mileage is these days. Just a guess.
