Had 18 miles on schedule today and this was the first year for the red cross to have a jingle bell jog so i Tiffany and I did it before we went to the forest to run...we were going to go easy at the 5k but you know how it is.  She started with Kelly who is speedy and I started myself and things just felt great! We then went to the forest and did the 8 mile route twice so ended up with a little more then what was on schedule but since i skipped due to being sick thursday thought it would be ok.  Both our bodies were pretty pissed that we went so hard at the jingle bell job but no regrets!! Tiffany was 3rd overall female at the run and I was 5th overall female 1st in my age group.

Went to Cbus yesterday with Chris and got some waterproof trail shoes for the snow and wetness this winter and the frozen sasquatch 50K in Jan....started feeling sick on weds but had the chills and all today.  When we got back to town I knew I wasnt gonna fight it off anymore so I bagged my run and got a zpak and went to bed.  Dont feel good yet today but have to go do payroll and ship a couple orders off from amazon...then I will come back to bed.  I should be fine tomorrow for the 18 miles if i continue on the zpak and rest today.  My nose also just feels like there is water in it...the same side that made me wake up and sneeze 21 times early weds morning...yes 21 times!!

back to work...was weird cause I was off all last week...I worked monday and that was all.  I had plenty of exercise with running and such but had missed all my lunges, upper body weights and core work so I needed that today.  My legs feel good today too
