tough course but was a lot of fun! The trial heading up to the summit was just insane.  Could barely make out a trail due to the rock and stuff and had to look for the blue tape on the trees to see which way to go. Once you got to the top you made a complete circle around the nob...this was gorgeous but rocky as well...and not much path so one slip and over the side of the mountain you could roll! The down part got a little tricky too with my knee bothering me on that and trying to figure out which rock was the best to step on.  There were 12 creek crossing and you couldnt keep your feet from getting wet. It had snow flurries and overcast for most of the day but was still a nice run. I did keep my jacket on the whole time.  One point the garmin had too many miles compared to where we are and then it fell to mile 17 aid station and my garmin only had 15.5 so that was a nice surprise..

decide to play on the matrix dreadmill for my runs today...they have fitness testing on the machine so Im wearing my heart rate monitor and gonna do each test....started with the army coulda push a little more but score 96/100 the first time then got on to try the navy but the stupid machine did army again...was a bummer when i realized it cause the navy test is only 1.5 miles and army is 2 so was trying to push hard but continued on and ended up scoring 100/100 for the army the second time through. Marines is a 3 mile so hope I can get that done without any new folks coming in and having to get off but if I do no big deal will just try again.  Think I'll do navy and airforce next since they are only 1.5 each...gonna have alot of run workouts on the blog today ha

Didnt get to do anymore test got pretty busy at work signing up a new family of 5 for a year and then when they came back I taught the 3 kids all the fun stuff in the kids room and the parents too. So nice to see a family excited about working out and get healthy together!! Have to go to the funeral in 45 min so dont wanna get all wet and sweaty again...brought a change of clothes to work. Going to dinner afterwards and then may try to get on my dreadmill at home this evening for a slow pace....thought about the speed work today and may not be a good thing with the pilot mountain marathon saturday but dont think it will matter in reality...not going for time just to finish in time :)

So sad when someone feels the need to try to hurt you by taking what you post on your blog and sending it to the person it was about.....don't you realize that wont hurt me? you should really think about how it would make the person reading it feel. Grow up and try to find something better to do with your time then to worry about my life please....I am flattered that you are so concerned with what I do but hope someday you will find happiness in yourself and can find who you rather then try to be everyone else.

had to take my car to the shop to get fixed where someone busted into it a couple weeks ago then just ran to work then ran to the bank after teaching spin and ran home to get the truck to drive back to work...thought about running back but not sure if my 5:45-6:45 client is coming tonight so if she doesnt I'll finish at 5 and if she does it will be closer to 7. With her being pregnant and such sometimes she cancels at the last minute.
