woke up to rain and wind and blew off my run.....got to work early hoping to get some time in on the dreadmill but was a muddy mess so took some time to sweep and mop the place...then got notice my ACE cert will expire in 12 months so i thought i should work on some CEC's so i took an online course called THe Runner's Clinic from Idea then the test. Also decided to go ahead and get a secondary cert from ACe as a Health Coach so ordered that material....passing it get me plenty of CEC's for the PT cert renewal till 2016.
I did manage to get on the EFX for just over an hour and WILL run tomorrow before work!!!

decide to play on the matrix dreadmill for my runs today...they have fitness testing on the machine so Im wearing my heart rate monitor and gonna do each test....started with the army coulda push a little more but score 96/100 the first time then got on to try the navy but the stupid machine did army again...was a bummer when i realized it cause the navy test is only 1.5 miles and army is 2 so was trying to push hard but continued on and ended up scoring 100/100 for the army the second time through. Marines is a 3 mile so hope I can get that done without any new folks coming in and having to get off but if I do no big deal will just try again. Think I'll do navy and airforce next since they are only 1.5 each...gonna have alot of run workouts on the blog today ha
Didnt get to do anymore test got pretty busy at work signing up a new family of 5 for a year and then when they came back I taught the 3 kids all the fun stuff in the kids room and the parents too. So nice to see a family excited about working out and get healthy together!! Have to go to the funeral in 45 min so dont wanna get all wet and sweaty again...brought a change of clothes to work. Going to dinner afterwards and then may try to get on my dreadmill at home this evening for a slow pace....thought about the speed work today and may not be a good thing with the pilot mountain marathon saturday but dont think it will matter in reality...not going for time just to finish in time :)
