dreadmill walk
meant to wear my garmin but forgot it not sure the distance started counting laps with the rope thing then just decided to swim
spin class and circuit...had 3 newbies in class so had a good time! Makes it not as boring when there are different ones coming. Took a few minutes off due to setting them up and showing them how things work.

walked on the dreadmill virtual active on teton trail so had some elevation changes
woke up to rain and wind and blew off my run.....got to work early hoping to get some time in on the dreadmill but was a muddy mess so took some time to sweep and mop the place...then got notice my ACE cert will expire in 12 months so i thought i should work on some CEC's so i took an online course called THe Runner's Clinic from Idea then the test. Also decided to go ahead and get a secondary cert from ACe as a Health Coach so ordered that material....passing it get me plenty of CEC's for the PT cert renewal till 2016.
I did manage to get on the EFX for just over an hour and WILL run tomorrow before work!!!
