another awesome spin class and circuit....made one girl puke today and thats always great. Rode the recumbent some during the day....planning to head to the forest in the am for the 8 mile out and back and wear my new injiji compressions 2.0 socks.. the injijis have helped keep the toe blister at bay but just got the new compressions im planning to run in so want to wear then for every taper run i have
