Accepted a new job, put in my 2 week notice at the old one. A very intense day! Took the evening off.

Casual bike over to the parents for dinner, then took the long way home up onondaga hill to jamesville via 173. Broke my speed record with a 44.5mph descent into the valley - could have gone for more but I wasn't really pushing it. I prefer to stay unbruised!

Overall a gorgeous evening and a nice easy solo ride. I hope to have more like this this week. Gosh I missed my bike!

Got completely lost in french creek state park! Walked for 5 minutes at the 40 minute mark because I had no idea how many miles it would be before I got back to the campsite. Half the run was done in a total downpour/lightning storm, so heat wasn't an issue =p

Afterwards my left knee is a little sore, I need to do a better job at stretching. This time it's the inside of the top of my shin. Just feels tight - I should be ok with rest/stretch.

Floated in the ocean on the boogie board for about 45 mins with my sister. I put in some time as an equivalent swimming workout.

Windsurfed in the bay - better luck today. Made4 my arms sore, but it was worth it. It was great to try it, but I don't think it would be worth getting my own board/sail.
