Swam in lake Ontario from Dan's camp to the boat launch and back - the water was nice and clear and it wasn't too wavy, so it was a nice swim. I had fun stuffing golf balls into my jammers as I found them! I got about 8 of them by the time we got out of the water.

All in all my form feels good - I'll be fast this weekend, but not at my full potential - it just hasn't been in my training plan this year to swim a ton. It's ok, I'll be top 10% =p I gotta work on getting my bike and run to top 10% more!

Out and back from Rush, NY to Geneseo, NY! Stopped for about 5 mins at the turnaround - averaged about the same speed out and back =)

It was a nice hard ride and the shadows were cooling towards the end of the ride, thankfully - lit has been hot as heck out this week!

Went for a quick jog with Dan after work - It's been too long since I worked out! I'm trying to taped but that combined with being out of town for work for the past few weeks has made it difficult. I think another swim, bike and run this week and I'll be all set for my race on sunday! I'm getting excited, this one is gonna be fun!

Jumped in the pool to cool off; was pressed for time so I only swam about 100 yards and floated around for a bit - it was a good 'feel' swim =)
