Tonight = pasta and roasted potato night with a few of my running friends at my place.  We are all running in the 10 miler tomorrow PLUS we have to tack on a few extra miles at the end for our various marathon training plans....good times.  :)

Nice little time improvement there :)

I found a nice swim plan that I am going to follow to try to build up my endurance, I am pretty sure that I have enough of a base down to follow it successfully.  It's frustrating to get into the pool and know that my entire swim is the same distance as most peoples warm up.

Running club meet was cancelled because of the rain so I chose to go out to dinner, work on a project for my class, and sip on a glass of wine while watching Grey's Anatomy instead  :)
