Ran outside at RPC. Planned on doing 13.1 but felt good and had around 2 hours to run so I extended it out. Started out trying to keep pace down but then just ran comfortable. Felt really good. Miles splits: 1=8:24, 2-8:15, 3=8:15, 4=8:19, 5=8:25, 6=8:17, 7=8:19, 8=8:17, 9=8:06, 10=7:56, 11=7:53, 12=7:54, 13=7:58, 14=7:57, 15=7:34. Great run. Feeling really healthy and good!

Ran outside by headlamp on RPC after waking up at 0330. Did not take splits and ran very comfortable for the first 5.5 miles at an 8:24 pace (checked my watch when the kid went by) then a young Air Force kid sprinted past me and scared the crap out of me. I then paced off of him for the final 0.75 mile at around a 6:00 min/mile pace. Felt REALLY good and strong. Great run!

Ran outside at RPC on a beautiful morning. Legs felt clunky for first two miles then felt good. Really picked the pace up after the first 1.5 miles. Felt really good by the end of the run. mile splits: 1=8:26, 2=8:08, 3=7:58, 4=7:53, 5=7:46, 6=7:39, 7=7:37. Good, unexpected tempo run!

Ran outside at RPC. Easy pace as recovery run from yesterday. Mile splits: 1=9:03, 2=8:42, 3=8:26, 4=8:25. Legs a bit tired at first but sirprised at how good they actual felt after a few miles.
